HCB-128 Industrial & Commercial Energy Storage Cabinet is a purpose-built high-voltage battery cabinet for peak-valley arbitrage, demand management and backup power in C&I applications. The system integrates 8 battery modules (51.2V / 314Ah) in series, delivering a rated voltage of 409.6V and a rated energy of 128.61kWh, and connects directly to three-phase high-voltage hybrid inverters without an external transformer.
At its core are 314Ah large-format LFP cells, which reduce parallel counts and connection points for higher consistency and reliability. The cabinet achieves ≥90% system efficiency et un cycle life of over 6,000 cycles at 0.5C / 25℃ / 90% DOD, lowering the levelized cost of energy across its whole service life.
An integrated air-cooling thermal management system (refrigeration, ventilation and heating) combined with an IP54 enclosure keeps the cabinet performing stably from -20℃ to 50℃ and up to 95% humidity, while the integrated fire-protection system provides cell-to-cabinet safety compliance for C&I sites.
The compact footprint (1300×1260×2375mm, 1610kg excluding inverter) allows floor-standing installation indoors or under canopies. With RS485 / CAN communication, HCB-128 integrates seamlessly with mainstream inverters and EMS platforms, supporting remote monitoring and parallel expansion with multiple cabinets.
